***THE REVIEWS ARE A SCAM, BEWARE*** Had a problem with a back door not unlocking. A representative came out, replaced the lock (to the tune of $500). The lock immediately did not work the next day. Called them back, he told me it was broken again and it was the fault of the door and that the residential lock I had used was not sufficient (exact same as previous knob which had been in operation for at least 5 years). Said I required a commercial lock, which I was charged for plus installation despite having already paid $500 for work that immediately failed, an additional $160. This company doesn’t even have a one day warranty for their work. Now the new lock doesn’t work. More alarming, the service tech told me his pay structure was based off of google reviews and when I said I was fine leaving a review, took my phone and did it himself. The reviews are not real, and I’ve been scammed out of at least $660 and still do not have a functional lock. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did and go off of false internet reviews and use a reputable company.

From the beginning it was great( BEFORE INSTALLING ). Good follow up and good selections. When they first were suppose to install the keyless system in my gym, they said they received the wrong products. They removed and cut out holes on my door and did not properly install it. Not only that, they actually did not have a way to open it and left my door with wholes where the key should fit. Regardless i had already paid about 1000 or so ( don’t remember exact numbers) for deposit so i kept going. Second time they came back to finish the job, they messed up something else and again my system did not work like it should have. Again, i was very flexible and waited for them to overnight a part that was missing. They finally got the parts but bot everything was what it should be. I paid for a very specific system and received parts from one and parts from another to make it work. I paid my balance and spent close to 2k. System was working ok for a bit but i also noticed that they filled in the gaps with what i would describe as puddy. The locks were lose and not properly installed even though they were functional. After a while of us having to still manually open doors for members i got fed up. Keep in mind our system is NOT even a year old and should still be under warranty. Richard claimed that because we manually tightened 1 screw to keep the system from falling apart, that voided the warranty and refused to fix the problem. Very unhappy with the unprofessional work done and the service all together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with them...... and no Richard, i specifically asked you to come see it yourself. Us “tampering” with it was simply tightening a screw for the latch itself THAT WAS LEFT LOSE BY YOUR TECHNICIANS . NOT THE WIRING AT ALL. You refused to come and honor the warranty.
